Damaged or Defective Bottles:
If your Smart Water Bottle arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

- The damage or defect must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
- Return shipping charges will be covered by us.
Return Process for Damaged or Defective Bottles:

- Provide your order details and specify the damage or defect.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on how to send the product back to us.
Refunds for Damaged or Defective Bottles:
- Once we receive and inspect the damaged or defective bottle, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Conditions:
- No return or refund will be provided if the bottle is not damaged or defective.
- Returns initiated after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Warranty
We offer a 6-month limited warranty to repair or replace any defective material or component of the LWL8 Bottle.
